Return window
Unused curtains in their original packaging can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery.
How to start a return
Message us on WhatsApp with your order details and a photo of the product. We will arrange the pickup or guide you on the next step.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the curtains, the refund is processed to your original payment method.
Non-returnable items
Curtains that have been washed, altered or damaged after delivery cannot be returned.
